Wednesday eatables

We are out of pears and need to buy vegetables and fruits in general...


Breakfast, 9:10 AM:

more bread
with cream cheese and marmalade
and peanut butter and honey
and rhubarb
vitamins
water


Second Breakfast (not pictured), 11:30 AM:

a pear
london fog
water




Lunch, 2:30 PM under the extremely bright sun:

yogurt with rhubarb
water
roasted brussel sprouts
and a pear





Supper, 7:00 PM

rye toast
with apple brandy butter
smuggled home from work
green monster

    on the rising; fresh lemon + thyme tisane

    b/fast; oats, nuts, yoghurt, fresh peach
    french earl grey tea (black)

    mid-morning; green tea

    lunch; fresh baked wholewheat bread dipped in olive oil
    salad and soft boiled egg

    afternoon; elderflower press

    dinner; baked vegetables (peppers, potato, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, sweet potato, fresh rosemary & pesto) with soft polenta
    2 squares of dark chocolate

    now contemplating a cup of fresh ginger tea
